The school year has slowly started to come to an end, but that hasn’t stopped Noe’s students from continuously working hard.

Throughout the students’ eighth grade year, their teachers have been preparing them for their big day of presenting their journey to success slides, a rigorous progress taking up a majority of the whole year.

Last week, students on different teams presented to teachers and reflected on their past work in middle school, in addition to preparing for their plans in the future.

Eighth-grader, Caden Green, has felt an emotional experience creating this slide show. Green said, “I was able to look back at the many memories I have made here at Noe, an emotional experience but an encouraging one nonetheless.”

Green has worked hard this year and is also excited to graduate, moving onto Manual high school.

Like Green, Harper Lile an eighth-grade rocket, has been preparing for her presentation. Lile says, “From this presentation, I learned presenting skills, like talking at the right volume and speed, making eye contact and not reading off the screen. “Lile has taken away many great things from this presentation and has been able to communicate with others in a way she hadn’t before.”

Teachers and students have been working so hard on making sure everything is set on the presentation, best of luck students!
